Fidelity 401k
Fidelity manages our 401k retirement plan, and you can access it on the Fidelity Net Benefits website, or you can call them at 800-835-5095.
You can also access your Fidelity 401k retirement account using the Fidelity NetBenefits mobile app, available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Managing your 401k
It is critical that you designate a beneficiary for your 401k. Click on the button below for detailed instructions on how to set up your beneficiary. Also, if you have balance in a former employer’s retirement plan, you can roll it over into your Fidelity 401k. Find instructions and the form to initiate a rollover below.

GROWMARK Pension Plan
Your GROWMARK pension plan can be accessed on the GROWMARK website, or you can call them at 844-382-1691.
It is critical that you designate a beneficiary for your pension plan, as well. This is separate from your 401k retirement account and has to be done separately.
