Propane Emergency
Your safety is our main concern!
Propane is heavier than air and can initially collect at low levels (i.e., floors and drains). If you smell propane:
- Do not turn anything on or off!
- Leave the premises immediately.
- If it’s safe to do so, turn the propane tank off.
(To shut off your propane tank, turn the shutoff valve clockwise, or to the right.) - Call our emergency number from a neighbors’ house or other safe location.
